WHAT EXACTLY IS GOODCENTS REWARDS?
Goodcents Rewards is a program designed to show loyal Goodcents guests our appreciation! Goodcents Rewards members receive the following benefits:
Points toward free Goodcents! You earn 10 points for every dollar you spend.
Bonus point opportunities and challenges.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Login to the Goodcents app and click the REWARDS button at the bottom of the screen. Select the REDEEM button for a list of rewards that you have available in your account. Choose the reward that you wish to redeem and click the REDEEM button. Confirm via the popup that you wish to redeem that reward then show the QR code at the register or provide the numeric redemption code.
HOW MANY LOYALTY ACCOUNTS AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE?
One loyalty account per person. Duplicate accounts will be removed from Goodcents Rewards.
WHAT IF I SHARE AN EMAIL WITH SOMEONE? ARE WE BOTH ALLOWED TO REGISTER SEPARATELY?
No, only one rewards account per email account is allowed.
We take your privacy very seriously. There is absolutely no selling of Goodcents client information. If you choose to share your email address and phone number with us when joining Goodcents Rewards, you may receive emails and text messages from us through our partnering providers.
WHAT IF I FORGOT TO SCAN MY QR CODE OR GIVE MY PHONE NUMBER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE IN-STORE? CAN I STILL EARN THOSE PURCHASE POINTS?
Yes! If your purchase isn’t linked to a Goodcents Rewards account, a QR code will print on the bottom of your receipt. You can scan that QR code to add the points to your account via the Goodcents app.
CAN I CONTROL WHEN I REDEEM MY REWARDS?
Yes, you can redeem rewards any time you would like. All points expire 365 days after earning.
HOW LONG ARE POINTS VALID?
Points are valid for one year (365 days) after earning.
