WHAT EXACTLY IS GOODCENTS REWARDS?
It is a program designed to show loyal Goodcents guests our appreciation. Goodcents Rewards members receive all of the following:
Points toward free food and drink.
For each full dollar that you spend on food and beverages, you receive 10 points. Each point is worth one penny ($0.01), you can redeem your point balance on any order at any point in time towards any food or drink! Points do not apply towards delivery fees or tax.
Exclusive offers and rewards.
A free 8″ Cold Sub on their birthday.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
You redeem points by applying them at checkout.
In-Store: Provide your phone number to the crew member at the register!
Online: As you’re checking out, your available offers and Goodcents Rewards will appear below your cart, if selected they will be applied towards your food and drink purchases.
HOW MANY LOYALTY ACCOUNTS AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE?
One loyalty account per person. Duplicate accounts will be removed from Goodcents Rewards.
WHAT IF I SHARE AN EMAIL WITH SOMEONE? ARE WE BOTH ALLOWED TO REGISTER SEPARATELY?
Unfortunately, only one rewards account per email account is allowed.
We take your privacy very seriously. There is absolutely no selling of Goodcents client information. If you choose to share your email address with us when joining Goodcents Rewards, you will receive emails from us through our partnering providers.
WHAT IF I FORGOT TO GIVE MY PHONE NUMBER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE IN-STORE? CAN I STILL EARN THOSE PURCHASE POINTS?
Unfortunately, there is not a way to add points to your account, except at the time of purchase. If you do not present your loyalty program information at the time of checkout, you will not receive points for that visit.
CAN I CONTROL WHEN I REDEEM MY REWARDS?
All rewards must be redeemed at the time of purchase. You may redeem these rewards any time you would like. Rewards expire after one year of inactivity.
