When making your reservations, please see below for the reservation process in order to receive the group rate. All reservations must be made by Monday, May 20th, 2024 by 5pm CST to receive the group rate. The group rate is available from June 8 thru June 15th. (2 days prior and post event dates).

Individuals may call (855) 888-7273 for reservations. Please advise the reservation agent the group company code: GOOD24 to receive the group rate.

Individual reservations that are not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night’s room and tax and Goodcents will bill individuals for not cancelling in the hotel required timeline.
