Independent Survey Shows Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with Goodcents Support and Performance

DESOTO, Kan. – Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs was recently named one of the top 30 Food and Beverage franchises by Franchise Business Review in its 2018 Top Food and Beverage Franchises report.

Goodcents has nearly 30 years experience providing high-quality deli fresh subs, house-baked breads and pasta. Headquartered in DeSoto, Kan. with 75 locations across the country, the company is known for its signature bread baked fresh in the restaurants every day, slicing sandwich meats and cheeses to order, and hearty pasta meals. With locations currently in eight states, including Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas, South Dakota, Arizona and Minnesota, the franchise has a rapidly growing footprint across the U.S., with plans to also expand internationally.

Franchise Business Review, a market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only ranking of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes rankings of the top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as guides throughout the year ranking the top franchises in specific sectors.

To select the companies on the list of top food and beverage franchises, Franchise Business Review analyzed 18 months’ worth of data from over 4,200 franchise owners in the food sector regarding their overall satisfaction with their brands and their likelihood to recommend them to others.

Goodcents franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems including training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.

The Goodcents Franchise Satisfaction Index survey data score significantly exceeded the Franchise Business Review Benchmark score, with notably high performance in the ‘financial opportunity’ and ‘training and support’ categories. Franchisees also rated Goodcents highly in the categories of ‘Enjoy the Business’, ‘Trust the organization’ and said they would recommend the franchise to others.
